Under our business model, licensees will be free to promote, market, and install the system directly and sublicense the product to your network of installers. Proprietary components will initially be shipped from Japan, but we expect to arrange local production outside Japan in the future to supply worldwide dealers.

Please understand that we are looking to license our technology and know-how. This will entail an up-front contract license fee. We are interested in negotiating licenses that cover entire countries or regional areas, such as states.
